The Black Pearl

Generally, I am pleased only when I manage to impress even myself. The only thing I pursue every time is being better and better candle by candle. And this time I can feel that I 've achieved it by far. This is a candle I inspired by the sea. I noticed how vivid those black rocks look into the water and I decided to make a candle and put them inside as a decoration element. I know that whatever is wet or in the sea could look like being in a candle. The gold leaves is another posterior addition. Then I sketched it and now it's ready to decorate a living room. Alternatively, I could name it "Glam candle" or "Lady's necklace". Here are some photographs of the procedure.

Information: 11cm high, 10 cm diameter, 850 gr weight, space for tealights
I needed: paraffin, stearin, the rocks, gold leaves, inspiration, free time and patience.
